English practice / Smart phone Game

I think Smart phone game should be more ristrict.
Because There are heay charge system in that apps.
if we want to get rare items, we have to pay more money.This charge speed is very fast,I will lost 10thousand yen within 10minutes.This is a level of emagency for nomal peorple.The government have to make a ristrict to save people.

    To get rare items, we have to pay more money. They charge very fast. I will (Players may) lose 10 thousand yen within ten minutes. This should be considered a level of emergency for normal people. The government has to make strict restrictions to save our people.
